♥ WHAT IS A HEART GROUP?Heart groups look after people with chronic heart disease in the sense of lifelong rehabilitation at home.

♥ ABOUT HEART INTACTThe State Working Group on Heart and Circulation is a non-profit association that has been trying for years with the health initiative "Herzintakt" to achieve the health goal of "reducing coronary heart disease" in Schleswig Holstein through various measures and projects in terms of primary, secondary and environmental prevention.
